I just got back from seeing my sister graduate from the Basic Military Training at Lackland Air Force Base in Texas. I was so happy to see her! She looked great! But really serious though...I didn't know that she could look so serious, but she did. I always knew that Marci could do whatever she put her mind to doing. It was really cool all the airmen we talked had good things to say about Marci. I'm so glad that she meet a lot of new people. They call her country there cause of her accent which is kind of funny...cause she's in Texas. Which I guess Texas people don't really have the same kind of accent as we do in South Carolina but close to it.
While we were there I had my eyes pealed for the Texas Rangers. I didn't find any...it's just so sad. That's one of my dreams in life is to meet a real honest to goodness Texas Ranger! So instead I settled for a Texas Ranger badge :) Yes that's right I have a Texas Ranger badge! It's so awesome! While we were there we also went to the Alamo! Of course while we were there I said "The Alamo!" about once every ten minutes. Marci's friend got a kick out of it. Nothing much to see there though...just mainly a lot of buildings and flowers. Oh and we went to this restaurant called Lonestar Cafe...on the menu it had Texas Ranger Chicken Breast! Of course I didn't get it cause there was peppers and onions and stuff on it.
Jimbo if you're reading this...I know it's not about San Antonio, Texas but I'll be praying for you and your family! I love y'all! I know that everything will be just fine :) like the song says by Relient K
Hey y'all my name is Erika Williams...I'm a Southern Girl straight down to the roots! I love Jesus Christ with all my heart, soul and mind. I love to go fishin'! I'm currently pursuing my dream of becoming a Youth Minister!

7 Months and 19 Days...Give or take a little.
It's been 7 months and 19 days since Jimbo has left. You know I just didn't know if I was going to take the whole leaving thing really well...but it's kind of sinking in. I mean I have learned to deal with it. I thought I would be lost without my mentor, but the thing is I'm not lost. The strange thing is it doesn't really seem like he was even gone at all really. I mean I talk to him like twice a week and sometimes even more than that! And plus I visit them like once a month. Except for the last couple of months...I was busy. They clam it's cause I've replaced them. CHA RIGHT! Never in a million years! That's just crazy!
But I just went and saw them with Laura! And as usual Jimbo feels the need to pick on me and beat me up. Which I don't understand! They say I'm very pickable...I'm not so sure that's even a word. Oh and they tried to pull the whole Marci wrote us 3 times how many times has she wrote you? I didn't believe it...for one Marci called me that night while I was there and she said, "I did?" So I knew it wasn't true. But all I gotta say is I wished Marjie was there with us...cause I know that Mrs. Kelley would pick on her instead of me. Jimbo's rubbin' off on her! So next time Marjie's comin' with me! HA!
I guess what I have learned from my little trip to Lugoff is...don't hit Jimbo. He hits back like really hard! Either that or he'll make you hit yourself! Which by the way Jimbo was totally uncool! But I will get you back some way and some how. You better count on that! Oh yes don't you just love that picture of him trying to be cool? It's not working for you Jimbo :)
Finally, brothers, good-by. Aim for perfection, listen to
my appeal, be of one mind, live in peace. And the God of
love and peace will be with you. Greet one another with a holy
kiss. All the saints send their greetings. May the grace of the
Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the fellowship of
the Holy Spirit be with you all.

NASHVILLE!
I went to Nashville last week! It was awesome! We took my sister Marci who is about to leave for basic training for the Air Force. It's been something that she's wanted to do for a while now. Of course one of the things she wanted to do before she left was to tour Nashville. So we took her. We went to the Ryman Auditorium, Country Music Hall of Fame, the Wax Museum, Cooter's, and of course Reba's house, farm and studio. Starstruck is the name of her studio as well as her farm. At the studio's Marci walked in and went to the front desk acting like she owned the place. She asked for Reba. If that's not a big Reba fan then I just don't know what is. We also went to a visitor center where Kenney Chesney was renting out the building joined to it to practice for a tour. We got to hear him live! That was pretty awesome...even though we didn't get to see him. All in all it was a pretty awesome trip, and the best thing was I got to spend time with my sister before she leaves. This is for my sister Marci. I love you Marci, stay safe, write often, and remember those country roots you can from. Oh and don't bring home no Yankee that's the last thing we need is for another sister to be married to a Yankee!

Daytona 500!
Yeah so the big race was yesterday...poor Carl didn't do so well. But I had a fun time watching it...me and Michael had our eyes glued to the TV the whole time! The only strange thing was there wasn't that many wrecks...I wonder why? But before this big race they call the Daytona 500! I was sort of kind of down...my family and I don't get a long really well. I know they're my family and I'm supposed to try...but I'm about ready to give up! Nothing works! I've tried everything I know of...but they just see me as a little girl who doesn't know anything...well I've got news for them! So I decided to leave the house early and go visit my Buddy Dana...and of course he wasn't there. Michael had the Daytona 500 on though so I watched it with him. Of course I was also talking to the Steen's and I do mean all of 'em. They passed me around the car. Jamie finally says Erika instead of Ka Ka...which when she talked to me all she said was Erika! But all in all I guess the Daytona wasn't all that bad...even though my guy did horrible. At least he wasn't like Jeff Gordon who had to go to the garage for something. HAHA Marjorie!

SNOW!
YAY! It finally snowed! It barely snow's where I'm from. I had so much fun! I thought that I was going to get a day off of school, but it didn't happen as I hoped. Right now me and Kimbil are just trying to stay warm! The stupid gas is out so I have no heat! Well other than the heat from a space heater. So back to he snow! You know it hasn't snowed here in like 4 or 5 years. I do think it's kind of funny how when Jimbo moves the snow comes back. He was bad luck as far as getting snow went. I just wish that the snow would have stayed for longer than it did. I guess all that bragging to Jimbo scared it off...

Fun Times!
As you can see I've been having quite a fun time! I needed it after my sister's wedding and all. This past weekend I spent a little time with my cousin's. Riding 4-wheelers always a blast! But when the 4-wheeler is just a little too little that's when it could be dangerous! The only way I could drive was with feet up. Sometimes it calls for drastic measures! But all in all it was fun! Lynsey and I are quite a team, although she scares me when she drives. We almost flipped but thankfully I put my foot down and saved us. And now her new name is Moses! Cause I went sweet Moses! But who knew those little things could be such fun!? Always remember though, if you ride with feet up never ever go across so many bumps...
